Biography

Fara Williams proved that fortune indeed favours the bold late into the 2013-14 FA Women’s Super League season. Right after Liverpool suffered a 1-1 equalizer from direct title rivals Birmingham, she received the ball from the restart and shot straight at goal from the halfway circle to find the back of the net. The Reds would go on to claim the title by goal difference, but equal on points with Chelsea and one above Birmingham.
